About Us
Crumbs Sandwich Bar & Takeaway is a flourishing business located at Bridge Street, Carrick-on-Shannon. We offer an extensive menu of both set and bespoke dishes – including hot and cold sandwiches and wraps, a variety of fillings, soups, salads, baked potatoes and desserts, all freshly prepared to the highest standards to satisfy all palates.
The restaurant was opened in August 2004 by Colleen Blessing & Maureen Egan, both from Drumshanbo, to cater for the rapidly expanding lunchtime sandwich market in the immediate area. It quickly established itself as the venue of choice for a large section of the dining public on a day-to-day basis in Carrick-on-Shannon. As well as a sit-down restaurant we also offer a Takeaway service, and our Opening Hours are 10 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday. In addition we now provide a quality Catering Service for those special occasions, and for the corporate sector at business venues.
The success of Crumbs is built on a ‘no compromise’ attitude to quality, service, and value for money for our customers. We use the freshest of ingredients, locally sourced. We endeavor to meet our customers’ changing demands by offering a large, varied and innovative menu. If it’s not on the menu, don’t be afraid to ask!

IN THE RESTAURANT
We have seating for 40 customers, ranging from tables for one, up to parties of eight. We offer Kids Meals and can provide high-chairs for those that need them. Every table has a dedicated Service Assistant for all your needs during your stay with us. Your food will be freshly prepared to the highest standard.
FOR TAKEAWAY
All food on the menu is also available for Takeaway, and we provide a dedicated queuing system to ensure your order is ready as soon as possible. Very busy customers can order via our ‘dial a sandwich’ service during Opening Hours. If you order in person the sandwiches will be made in front of your eyes.
